Bollywood actress Shriya Saran turns 34 today. The popular actress down down south, has also made a name for herself in Bollywood and the Fashion industry.
In March 2016, Shriya Saran walked the ramp for the brand Anaikka, headed by designer Kanika Saluja, at the Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn-Winter 2016.
She looked sexy and beautiful in Indian lehengas and sarees. Shriya has also featured in other major fashion shows like ‘India Bridal Week’, ‘India International Jewellery Week’ and ‘India Fashion Week’ etc

Shriya Saran made her debut in Bollywood in the movie ‘Awarapan’. Post which she starred in other flicks like ‘Mission Istanbul’, ‘Zila Ghaziabad’ and ‘Drishyam’. She will be next seen in ‘Tadka’.
In 2015, ‘Drishyam’ which was a box office hit, Shriya was seen playing the role of Ajay Devgn’s wife. The movie also starred Tabu as a cop. It was a family thriller, with loads of suspense and tight script.
Shriya is currently working on ‘Tadka’ starring Nana Patekar, Ali Fazal, Taapsee Pannu, Rajesh Sharma, Lillete Dubey, Murali Sharma and Naveen Kaushik. The movie is scheduled to be released in December 2016.
Shriya made her acting debut with Telugu film ‘Ishtam’ (2001) and later shared screen space with top actors like Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Nagarjuna, Balakrishna, Prabhas, NTR, Vijay, Dhanush and many more.
Not only in Bollywood, Tollywood Shriya has also debuted in American cinema – ‘The Other End of the Line’. She played the role of Priya Sethi who works as a telephone operator in an Indian call centre, while acting alongside Jesse Metcalfe, Anupham Kher and Tara Sharma.
Shriya was born on 11 September 1982 in Dehradun. In 2001, she got an opportunity to dance at “Thirakti Kyun Hawa”, which brought her to the attention of many Indian filmmakers.
