Photos: Kareena Kapoor’s 36th birthday was ‘special’

Mumbai: Kareena Kapoor Khan celebrated her 36th birthday with family and friends.

The Bollywood actress reportedly wanted to spend this ‘special’ birthday with just family and close friends.

Pictures with Ranbir Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora Khan and Saif's daughter Sara were shared on Instagram.

Family members including friends Amrita and Malaika Arora Khan, parents Randhir Kapoor and Babita were all present.

Kareena’s sister Karisma Kapoor took to Instagram and shared some moments from the family celebrations.

Kareena turned 36 on Wednesday.

 “It is [birthday] special this time. But to be honest there are no special plans. I will celebrate my birthday with family and close friends like every year. There is no party as such. I will eat lots of food and just relax,” Kareena told PTI.

The actress and her actor husband Saif Ali Khan are expecting their first child in December.
