We had stated this earlier as well that Ganpati celebrations is the perfect time to Bollywood celebrities venture out of their homes to seek blessings of the Bappa! In fact, this has gotta be a big treat as just yesterday we saw Amitabh Bachchan at LaalBaug Cha Raja, paying visit to the Lord and seeking blessings from him. And now we’ve come across these pictrues of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan with daughter Aaradhya, visiting the Lord at GSB Ganpati Mandal, too seek blessings. Now if you haven’t noticed it yet, that’s Aaradhya draped in a cute pink saree!
There’s something more that you should know. We already know that the Bachchans religiously follow all festivals and make sure their kids do the same too. However, with Aaradhya, the fast learner has already grasped the ganpati aarti and also knows Gayatri Mantra very well! A source quoted to a leading portal, “Aishwarya has been teaching Aaradhya the Ganesh aarti since her daughter was three. While the little girl knows the whole mantra somewhat, she has rote-learned the first paragraph. And before Ganesh Chaturthi, she makes modaks (coconut-filled sweets); it’s an activity she enjoys along with mom Ash and her naani, Brinda.”
The source also stated that although the Bachchan family don’t bring home the Ganpati idol, they religiously do visit the Lord in the pandals. In fact, at home, they have regular aartis and poojas done for the same as well. And the most upbeat member of the family, Aaradhya likes to participate in the functions. She is very eager for all the festivities and loves to partake in all of them. “She looks forward to the celebrations with eagerness, though, she’s still a child,” adds the source. Well, if you look at the pictures from GSB Ganpati Mandal, you’ll see that while the mother daughter duo came to seek blessings of the Lord, fans were in a frenzy.
Earlier, we had spotted Amitabh at LaalBaug Cha Raja. It is believed that if you manage to get a glimpse of the Lord with a wish in your heart, Bappa will bless you with the same. Having said that, you must know that getting a glimpse of LaalBaug Cha Raja is one big task. People stand hours and hours in line so they can get a glimpse of the Lord. Among the crowd, we just found Amitabh Bachchan too! The veteran actor, was spotted taking blessings from Lord Ganesha at LaalBaug. The actor himself shared a picture of the same where he is praying to the Lord.
